Terms of Service
Last updated June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Finanxe ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of finanxe.co (the "Site") and the Finanxe waitlist. Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us.
What Finanxe is
Finanxe is a finance news and education product. It reads market news and turns it into plain-language summaries, key takeaways, related tickers, and what to watch next.
Finanxe is not a stock-picking app, a trading app, a portfolio tracker, or a financial advice product. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Artificial intelligence
Finanxe uses artificial intelligence to summarize news and generate takeaways, related tickers, and similar content. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and it is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always verify important information and use your own judgment before acting on it.
We are transparent that these features are AI-assisted, and AI does not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
The waitlist and pre-launch status
Finanxe is still being built. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, specific features, or any particular price. We may change, delay, or discontinue any part of the product before or after launch.
Pricing and payments
The Site may show planned pricing for Finanxe. We do not collect any payment through the waitlist. If we introduce paid plans, we will present the applicable payment terms and ask for your agreement before any charge.
Acceptable use
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information, or impersonate anyone.
- Disrupt, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site except as permitted by law.
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Site except as allowed by law.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Finanxe name, logo, text, design, and software, are owned by Finanxe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy or reuse our content or marks without our permission.
Information you submit
When you submit information through the waitlist or otherwise, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to operate and improve Finanxe, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You are responsible for any information or content you submit to Finanxe, including questions you ask our assistant. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. You grant us a limited license to use your submissions to operate and improve the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the rights of others.
Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Finanxe infringes your copyright, email support@finanxe.co with a description of the work, where the material is located, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is not authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
We will review valid notices, remove infringing material where appropriate, and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, or available without interruption or error.
Any decisions you make based on information from Finanxe are your own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finanxe and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or the waitlist. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Finanxe harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Site and its users.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Finanxe operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@finanxe.co so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights. Except where prohibited by law, you and Finanxe agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where Finanxe operates or another mutually agreed location, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
You and Finanxe agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@finanxe.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of the Site or infringement of intellectual property.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Finanxe evolves. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Finanxe regarding the Site.
